A key stage of becoming a Lime House franchise partner is selecting a site for YOUR new restaurant.
This step can be daunting, but don’t worry. We’ve got your back. Here are the steps you need to take:
- Find a location with lots of people going through it. That way, you are more likely to get lots of customers everyday.
- Ideally, the site should have about 1,750 – 2,000 square feet of space with plenty of parking options.
- Assess the site with your commercial real estate agent and discuss how you can put your restaurant there.
- Lime House management must review your proposed locations before granting approval. Our review process is done with the help of professional restaurant development company, our site build-out partner. They will help us evaluate if your site adheres to applicable building codes required to open a Lime House Sushi & Ramen restaurant.
- Once a new site is approved, you and your real estate agent will collaborate with us on Letters of Intent and lease (or purchase) agreements.
