Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved in the day-to-day management of the restaurant. You will hire a trained Sushi Chef if you do not have this experience – in fact – most of our owners will not be the main chef, rolling sushi. Day to day, our franchise owners focus on managing the staff, maintaining relationships and building loyalty with guests, local marketing, and financial management.
