Lime House Sushi and Ramen is a fast casual restaurant preparing made to order sushi and ramen using high quality, fine dining level ingredients. Combining authentic recipes from her home country in Burma, our founder Thanda Win has found her calling leading others as entrepreneurs. She opened her first restaurant in 2005 and has since opened the flagship location in the Buffalo, NY area where she has made her new American home.

At Lime House Sushi and Ramen, we are ready to help restaurant managers, Sushi Chefs and aspiring restaurateurs to find their passion owning their own restaurant.
